What's the difference between Home and Business plans?
Business plans include Inventory Items (with SKU and quantity tracking), Consumable tracking (for supplies that get used up), multi-user team access, and upcoming API/integration capabilities. Home plans focus on personal asset documentation with family sharing.
Can I switch from a Home plan to a Business plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to a Business plan at any time. Your existing items and data carry over. You'll gain access to Inventory and Consumable item types, additional user seats, and business features.
What integrations are available?
API access and integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and external AI tools are currently in development and planned for 2026. Pro and Business plan subscribers will get access as these become available.
Is there a free trial for Business plans?
Yes. All Business plans start with a free trial — no credit card required. You can explore the full platform before committing.
What happens when I hit my item limit?
You'll be notified as you approach your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time for more capacity.

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes! The free plan includes 10 items, 1 user, and 1 location with no time limit. You can use it forever at no cost.
How do capacity boosts work?
Capacity boosts are one-time purchases that permanently increase your limits. Buy +10 items for $20, +1 user seat for $15, or +1 location for $10. They stack, so you can buy multiple to grow your capacity over time.
Can I use capacity boosts with a subscription?
Absolutely! Capacity boosts work on any plan, including subscriptions. They permanently add to your base plan limits.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
All your items stay safe and accessible—nothing gets deleted. You'll revert to free plan limits (10 items, 1 user, 1 location) plus any capacity boosts you've purchased. If you're over your new limit, you simply won't be able to add new items until you're back within it. Your capacity boosts are permanent and stay with your account.
Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll pro-rate any differences on the next invoice.
How does sharing work?
On Pro and Ultra, you can invite others to shared spaces. Ultra supports up to 6 users and adds check-out/loan tracking for items. You can also add more users via capacity boosts on any plan.
