What do Business plans include?

Every Business plan tracks assets, inventory and consumables alongside everyday items, and includes loadouts, audits, crew checkout, QR label printing and unlimited locations. The plans differ in how many items and seats you get — 5 to 40 seats.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of Business Pro — no credit card required. You can explore the full platform before committing. If you don't pick a plan, you move to the Free business plan when it ends; nothing you've added is deleted.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down between Starter, Pro and Ultra at any time. Your items and data carry over.

What happens when I hit my item or seat limit?

You'll be notified as you approach your limit. You can buy a capacity boost to top up a plan that nearly fits, or move to the next plan up for more room.

What integrations are available?

API access and integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and external AI tools are in development. Business plan subscribers will get access as they become available.
