- Can I import my existing inventory?
- You can photograph your gear and have AI catalog it, which is usually faster than importing a list that was already out of date. Direct import is on the roadmap.
- Do I need barcode labels?
- No. Squared Away works from photos. Barcode and QR scanning is on the roadmap for crews that already have labels on their kit.
- What happens if I outgrow my plan?
- Add capacity boosts — extra items, users, or locations — to any plan, instead of jumping a whole tier.
